Stockton M. May

Stockton May became an associate attorney at FairClaim in Great Falls, Montana, in August 2025. He is admitted to practice law in Montana state courts. Stockton’s practice focuses primarily on workers’ compensation, with a passion and motivation to help secure the benefits Montana injured workers deserve.

Stockton is from Houston, Texas. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Houston. Stockton graduated from the University of Montana’s Alexander Blewett III School of Law in 2025. During law school, he interned at Ryan, Miller and Coburn in Missoula.

Stockton loves the Montana outdoors, enjoys spending time with friends, and has a passion for food that stems from his family’s background in the Houston restaurant industry.
