Megan Miller became a Shareholder at FairClaim/Linnell, Newhall, Martin & Schulke, P.C., in Great Falls, Montana, on January 1, 2023. She began her association with FairClaim in October of 2018 and is admitted to practice in Montana State and Federal Courts. Prior to becoming an attorney, Megan worked for FairClaim as a paralegal for nearly 7 years. Her practice focuses primarily on workers’ compensation and personal injury.
Megan is a Jefferson County native, graduating from Whitehall High School. She earned her A.A.S., with honors, from Montana State University-Great Falls and her B.A., cum laude, from Arizona State University. Megan graduated from the University of Montana’s Alexander Blewett III School of Law in 2018. During law school she interned at Linnell, Newhall, Martin & Schulke in Great Falls and Ries Law Group in Missoula.
Megan serves as a board member for Kairos Youth Services, and as the secretary for the Cascade County Bar Association. Megan received the Judge Robert P. Goff Pro Bono Award in February of 2021.
Megan and her husband Derrick have been married since 2001 and are the proud parents of three beautiful children. The Millers are involved in Taekwondo, enjoy a variety of outdoor recreational activities, road trips, and spending time with family and friends.
